“My 15 year old paint gelding has chronic stifle clicking and I have tried everything that has scientific based info from vets to actual scientist, nothing has given this boy any relief. He is a big horse and I think was used way to hard before I got him. He is on mixed hay, some Timothy pellets, small amount, as a daily treat with ground flax seed, and a probiotic, we have tried shots for inflammation, vets suggestion, which did nothing. He has dry pasture access always, never stall bound

Answer by Ph.D. Equine Nutritionist, Kelsey Johnson Nonella:

Sorry to hear about your gelding. If he were my horse, I would try adding our product Joint Guard to your current feed regime. It is a very powerful joint supplement with chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, and hyaluronic acid. We have had great success with it helping horses with chronic arthritis.
