Freshness Of Product

“Bought the second bag of this product that the “zipper” is either broken or fails after a few uses. Given this is a freshness issue, I thought you should know. Suggestions??”

Answer by Ph.D. Equine Nutritionist, Kelsey Johnson Nonella:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently working on developing a bag with a better zipper and hope to have it on the market soon.

For storage, we have many customers that pour the product into a grain bin or a plastic dog food container. The product is very stable, so as long as it doesn’t encounter moisture, or direct sunlight consistently the product will keep it potency.

Thank you for feeding our wonderful products.
